LVP is the most popular flooring choice in Las Vegas right now — and for good reason. It's waterproof, durable, comfortable underfoot, and looks convincingly like real wood or stone. We install floating LVP over most existing substrates with minimal prep, including over existing tile (in most cases). We cut around door casings, transitions, and obstacles cleanly for a finished look.
Las Vegas homes with tile floors need properly prepared substrates — loose or soft subfloor causes tile to crack. We assess the subfloor, make corrections as needed, lay tile in your chosen pattern (straight, offset, herringbone, or diagonal), and grout with color-matched or designer grout. We also install tile over heated floor mats for warm bathroom floors.
Laminate and engineered hardwood are floating floor systems installed very similarly to LVP. The critical difference is moisture sensitivity — standard laminate should not be used in bathrooms or kitchens. We guide you on product selection based on the room's use and existing conditions, then install with proper expansion gaps and clean transitions.
The quality of your finished floor depends almost entirely on subfloor prep. We check for high spots, low spots, squeaks, and soft areas before any flooring goes down. We address subfloor issues upfront — screwing down loose sections, self-leveling low spots, and replacing damaged areas — so your new floor lasts.
Clean, correctly installed transitions between floor types and stair nosings are what separates a professional installation from a DIY one. We use manufacturer-matched transitions where available and cut all pieces to fit precisely — no gaps, no trip hazards, no missing trim.
