We install ceiling fans in rooms with existing junction boxes rated for fan weight, and can upgrade standard light boxes to fan-rated boxes where needed. For rooms with no existing ceiling electrical, we discuss options including new wiring runs or wireless remote-controlled fans that don't require a wall switch connection.
Smart switches (Lutron, Leviton, Kasa, and others) and dimmer switches require compatible wiring — specifically a neutral wire, which older Las Vegas homes sometimes lack. We assess your wiring before recommending products, so you don't end up with an incompatible purchase. We install and configure smart switches and connect them to your WiFi network before we leave.
Under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen improves both function and ambiance significantly. We install hardwired LED strip or puck lights with a dedicated switch — a cleaner solution than plug-in alternatives. We also install accent lighting in display cabinets, toe-kicks, and outdoor areas.
